Rocket Farm is a full-hookup RV park taking shape on Farmer Road — level pull-through pads you can park a rig on and leave, power metered so you pay for what you burn, and a real town five minutes out. Built first for the people putting up Louisiana's launch campus, and ready for the families and launch watchers when the pads go hot.
Who it's for
Fourteen of the seventeen spaces are set aside for people working in the area on a monthly basis — that is who this park is for today. The three flexible spaces handle launch weeks, fishing trips and family stays without ever taking a space out from under someone who lives here.
Monthly spaces for craft labor, supervisors, vendors and relocating employees. Level pull-through pads you park once and leave. Power metered per space, so a bunkhouse rig and a single-unit trailer don't pay the same bill. Gated and quiet, because a night shift has to sleep in the daytime.
A dark-sky spot to park for launch week, well clear of the road closures and the crowds at the gate. Delays are normal, so the park is built for people who plan a few nights, not a few hours.
Vermilion Parish runs on year-round coastal fishing and nationally known duck and goose hunting. Redfish, flounder and speckled trout in reach, public launches close by, and room to clean your catch.
The spaces
Every space is a true angled pull-through on a compacted limestone pad, 13 ft by about 70 ft, with water, sewer and separately metered power at the site. Nobody has to back up. Tap a space on the map for its rate.

No resort fees and no seasonal surcharge on a monthly space. The only thing that moves is your electric bill, because you're metered individually and pay exactly what you use.

Monthly rates assume a 30-day minimum stay and a current registration and insurance on the rig. Rates shown are the planned opening rates for Phase 1 and are not yet a contract — they remain subject to final construction cost, utility rates and permitting. Get on the waitlist and we'll confirm your space and rate in writing before you commit to anything.
The park
Three interior roads, a gated entrance off Farmer Road, and two and a quarter acres of open Acadiana farmland with a planted hedge on the north line.
What's planned
Three adjoining parcels on Farmer Road, developed one at a time as demand shows up. Phase 1 stands on its own — everything after it is an addition.
